Delightful handheld pizza bites with a golden brown crust filled with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and let sit.
  3. Prep the biscuit dough by separating and flattening each piece slightly.
  4. Add mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.
  5. Seal the edges of dough balls to encase the filling and roll into a ball shape.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with marinara or ranch dip.

Notes

Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer. Experiment with cooking times based on your appliance.
