Delicious chicken breasts topped with creamy Boursin cheese and sautéed spinach, finished with a crunchy panko crust. A perfect comfort dish for family gatherings.

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 package Boursin Cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine Boursin cheese, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese-spinach mixture over them.
  6. Top with panko breadcrumbs and drizzle more olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.
