- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat together softened cream cheese, 0.25 cup sugar, and 0.5 tsp vanilla until smooth. Freeze 30 minutes.
- Cream butter, 1 cup sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet mixture. Mix to form dough.
- Scoop dough, flatten, place cheesecake filling in center, and seal into ball.
- Roll balls in cinnamon sugar (0.5 cup sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon).
- Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
- Mix icing: whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
