- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- Cookie Dough Layer (Egg-Free)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate Topping
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter or cream (optional, for smooth drizzle)
Instructions
- Make the Brownies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cavity about ⅔ full. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until set but slightly soft in the center. Cool completely.
- Prepare Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.
- Mix in heat-treated flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Assemble: Press a small scoop of cookie dough onto each cooled brownie bite.
- Chocolate Drizzle: Melt chocolate chips (with butter or cream if using). Drizzle over the tops.
- Chill for 20 minutes to set.
Notes
- Ensure the flour is heat-treated to make the cookie dough safe to eat raw.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
