Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter or drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the sliced grilled chicken and mashed avocado on the unbuttered side.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  6. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
