  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp espresso powder
  • 10.5 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, mixing until just combined.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Merge the dry mixture into the wet batter without overmixing.
